Present:       Shri Ashish Deswal, Advocate for the complainant.

                                                         

                   Complaint presented today. It be checked and registered. At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he does not want to pursue the present complaint due to technical defect and withdraws the same with permission to file fresh. He also prays that original documents may be returned. In view of the statement of learned counsel for complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh. Original documents be returned as per rule. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
