Ram Karan versus Star health etc.

 

Present:     Shri Gurleen Arora, Advocate for complainant.

                Sh. R.K. Singhal, Adv. for OPs.

 

                File taken up today on the application filed by the OPs for taking up the file in view of compromise. Learned counsel for the OPs has made a statement that they are ready to settle the present matter for an amount of Rs.78,000/- as full and final settlement, will be given to the complainant within two months.

        Learned counsel for complainant has also made a statement that he is agreed with the statement made by the counsel for the OPs and his complaint may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the same, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
