                   Ld.Counsel for ops has made a statement that the Insurance company has settled the complaint with the complainant for an amount of Rs.2,32,000/- for both the claims. They will pay the amount within thirty days. Complainant is satisfied with same. Statement of ld. Counsel for the recorded. In view of the same, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
