Present:     Complainant in person alongwith his counsel.

Shri R.K.Singhal, Advocate for Ops .

 

 

                File taken up today on the joint application preferred by both the parties. Learned counsel for Ops has made a statement that they are ready to pay a sum of Rs.80,000/- within 45 days to the complainant.

                 The complainant has also made a statement that he is agreed with the statement made by the counsel for the Ops for an amount of Rs. 80,000/- with 45 days and his complaint may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.

                  Heard. In view of statement made by the counsel for the Ops as well as complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
