| Final Order / Judgement | Date : 18.03.2023 Order The matter is placed before the Lok Adalat (Grahak Madhyasthata Samadhan) as per order dated 03.03.2023 of this Commission. Both the parties are present with their Ld.advs on record. It has been submitted by the Ld.adv for the Op on 21.02.2023 that the total claim of the complainant has been amicably settled to the extent of Rs.3,33,825/- out of total claim of Rs.3,95,790.50/-. A petition to that effect has been filed by the Op on 21.02.2023 with the prayer for disposal of the Consumer Complaint. The complainant has made an endorsement ‘’ Seen and agreed’’ at the left hand margin on the said petition of the Op. In view of the above, the Consumer case being no. 449/2021 is disposed of on full satisfaction. Copy of the order be supplied to both the parties free of cost on proper endorsement. | |
