ORDER:

                    The matter was previously fixed for 26.8.2016. As the quorum was not complete on that day, the matter was listed for today. Learned counsel of Decree Holder made statement on 26.8.2016 that he did not want to pursue with the execution petition and wanted to withdraw the same. His statement was recorded separately in that regard.

2.                 In view of that the present application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
