At this stage, ld. counsel for the complainant has made a following separate statement before this Commission:-

          “Due to some technical defect, I withdraw the present application with liberty to file the fresh and the same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn.”

In view of the statement made by ld. counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if he so desires. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
