                   Learned counsel for ops has suffered a statement that as per instruction of the company, the ops will pay an amount of Rs.25,500/- to the complainant within a period of one month. Learned counsel for complainant has also suffered a statement that in view of the statement of learned counsel for ops, he withdraws the present complaint and ops may be bound down by above said statement of learned counsel for ops. In view of the statement of learned counsel for complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, ops are bound down by the statement of learned counsel for ops. File be consigned to the record room.
