                   File put up today on the application moved on behalf of complainant on the ground that parties are ready to compromise the matter. Learned counsel for ops has suffered a statement that parties have compromised the matter and as per compromise, the ops’ company will pay an amount of Rs.2,10,000/- to the complainant within 30 days and present complaint may be disposed of as per said statement. Complainant has also suffered a statement that matter has been compromised with ops and he is agreed with the above said compromise and present complaint may be disposed of as per statement of learned counsel for ops. In view of the statement of learned counsel for ops as well as complainant, the present complaint stands disposed of accordingly being compromised. The ops shall pay the above said amount of Rs.2,10,000/- to the complainant within 30 days from today, failing which complainant will be entitled to receive the above said amount of Rs.2,10,000/- from ops alongwith interest @6% per annum from the date of this order till actual payment. A copy of this order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to the record room.
