Applicants/decree holders have made a following statement before this Commission:-

          “Stated that I above said Ranjit Kaur have received draft bearing no.264150 dated 27.05.2024 drawn on HDFC Bank for Rs.92,095/- issued in my favour and draft no. 264153 dated 27.05.2024 drawn on HDFC Bank for Rs.92,095/-issued in favour of Ravinder Singh i.e. my minor son.

          I abovesaid Komaldeep Kaur  have received two drafts bearing no.261405 dated 23.05.2024 for Rs.2,87,419/- and draft bearing no.264151 dated 27.05.2024 for Rs.92,095/-  drawn on HDFC Bank both drafts issued in my favour.

I above said Rupinder Singh have received draft bearing no.264152 dated 27.05.2024 drawn on HDFC Bank for Rs.92,095/- issued in my favour from Sh.Ajay Gulati, Adv. counsel for the JDs today and now nothing remains due against the JDs and the copies of our respective Aadhar Cards are Annexure 1 to Annexure 4 and copies of above said drafts are Annexure 5 to Annexure 9.

As such, we withdraw the present execution application and the same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied as we received the full and final payment under the order.”

          In view of the statement made by applicant/decree holders, the present execution application stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of cost. File be consigned to record room.
