Today is fixed for filing written version by the OP.

Ld. Counsel for the complainant and the OP files haziras on their behalf respectively.

Today the complainant is personally present and along with his Ld. Advocate who files a verified application stating that the complainant has filed this case alleging deficiency in service and unfair trade practice against the OP. During pendency of this case the disputes have already been settled amicably between the parties out of this Forum and the OP has already paid the settled amount under compromise through Demand Draft to the complainant against his grievance. Being fully and finally satisfied with the compromise settlement, the complainant has no grievance against the OP at present and the complainant not interest to proceed with this case further and prays for disposal of this complaint under full and final satisfaction with compromise settlement.

As the complainant by filing verified petition and self-attested  photocopy of this his EPIC praying for disposing off this complaint, we are of the opinion that the prayer of the complainant should be allowed.

Hence, it is

O r d e r e d

that the present Consumer Complaint being No. 139/2019 be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution without any cost.

Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
