File is taken up today on the application moved on behalf of the complainant.

                   Learned counsel for the Ops made a statement that the matter has been compromised with the complainant for an amount of Rs.2,13,500/- (Rupees Two Lacs thirteen Thousand five hundred Only) as full and final settlement between complainant and OPs. According to that, the Ops are ready to pay the same within 60 days.                          

                    Complainant also made a statement that he has heard and read the above-mentioned statement given by learned counsel for the OPs. According to which, the matter has been fully & finally settled for Rs.2,13,500/-. So, he does not want to proceed further with this complaint and withdraws the same.

                   Keeping in view the statement made by the learned counsel for both the parties, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the Ops are directed to make payment of settled amount within a period of 60 days as per compromise statement. The parties will be bound by their statements. 

                   Copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to the records after due compliance.
