Learned counsel for opposite parties produced the Discharge Voucher dated 04/08/2015. After perusal of this Discharge Voucher in which it is clearly mentioned that complainant has received the amount of Rs. 55,215/- in full and final settlement of claim. Case called several times since morning. It is already 4.00 P.M. sufficiently awaited. But none has come present on behalf of complainant/DH. It looks that complainant is no more interested to pursue his case. No Further wait seems to be justified. Hence in view of discharge voucher it is presumed that order of this Forum under execution application is hereby complied with. Hence non-presence of complainant instant execution application is hereby dismissed in default. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
