3.   The Branch Manager, Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Limited, having its branch office at SCO-236, Sector-20, Panchkula.

                   Today the case is fixed for consideration on the admissibility of complaint. At this stage, the complainant by making a separate statement states that due to technical ground, he withdraws the present complaint with liberty to file afresh.

                   Heard. In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
