Gaurav Arora vs. Star Health.

 

Present:       Sh.Adesh Gupta, Adv. for complainant.

        Sh.Naveen Kaushal, Adv. for respondent No.2.

 

               On the basis of even dated application filed by the opponent, file taken up on today. The counsel for the complainant also present in the Commission, who made no objection report on the application. The parties have entered into amicable settlement. The opponent No.2 is ready to pay Rs.88445/- (Rs.eighty eight thousand four hundred forty five) only to the complainant within the period of 30 days from today. The complainant agreed to receive the above said as per amicable settlement. On behalf of opponent No.2 Sh.Naveen Kaushal, Adv. suffered statement and statement of complainant also recorded, which has duly been identified by Sh.Adesh Gupta, Adv. for complainant.

                In view of the statement made by the counsel for the opponent No.2, without making any adverse comment on the act and conduct of the opponent No.2, the present complaint is accepted and the opponent is held liable to make payment of Rs.88445/- (Rs.eighty eight thousand four hundred and forty five) only to the complainant within the period of 30 days from today, in default of it, the opponent No.2 shall be liable to pay interest @7% p.a. from the date of order, till actual realization.

                    File be consigned to the records.
