Bal Kishan Mittal Versus Star Health.

 

Present:       Shri Amit Bansal, Adv. for the complainant.

                    Shri Parmod Gupta, Adv. for the respondent.

                                                                            

                   On the basis of joint application filed by both the parties, file taken up on today. Parties have entered into compromise and in view of compromise, respondent has made payment of Rs.1,75,000/- to the complainant through Account Payee Cheque bearing No.556966 dated 20.02.2021 drawn at HDFC Bank. Photocopy of the said cheque retained on the record. In view of the contents of the application and even dated separate statement suffered by counsel for the complainant, no cause of action survives in favour of the complainant. The present complaint is dismissed with no order as to costs. File be consigned to records.
