                   Today the case was fixed for filing written version on behalf of OP. On 10.7.2020, both the learned counsel for parties moved an application for recording statement of learned counsel for complainant with regard to compromise the matter and the same was fixed for today. Today learned counsel for complainant has made a statement that the matter has been compromised with the opposite party to the tune of ₹25,977/-, therefore, he does not want to persue with the present complaint and withdraws the same.

                In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
