                   Learned counsel for complainant has made a statement that he withdraws the present complaint on account of technical ground and sought permission to file afresh.

However, the complainant would be at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
