                   Shri Naveen Khetarpal, counsel for OP No.1.

                   OP No.2 ex-parte.

 

 

                    Today the case was fixed for arguments. Learned counsel for OP No.1 suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the complainant for an amount of ₹37,000/- being full and final payment. The company will made the aforesaid payment to the complainant within fourty days on receiving of copy of order.         

                   Learned counsel for complainant also suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OPs, therefore, in view of the statement of learned counsel for OP No.1, he withdraws the present complaint.

          In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
