Sobha Singh son of Shri Chattar Singh, resident of 21-A, Poultry Area, Gurudwara Sukh Sagar, Nilokheri, District Karnal, age 64 years.

1.       Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd. through its Manager, SCF No.137, IInd Floor, above ICICI Bank, Sector-13, Karnal.

 

2.       Grievance Redressal Officer, Corporate Grievance Department, Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd. 1, New Tank Street, Vailiuvar Kottam High Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai-600034.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019 as amended upto date.

                   Shri Mohit Goyal, counsel for OP.

         

                   Today the case was fixed for evidence of complainant. No evidence on behalf of complainant is present. However, learned counsel for OP appeared and suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the complainant and the company is ready to pay ₹67,000/- (Rs.Sixty seven thousands only) to the complainant within 30days. 

 

                   On the other hand, learned counsel for complainant also suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP and the OP/company is ready to pay ₹67,000/- (Rs.Sixty seven thousands only) to the complainant within 30 days. Hence, in view of the above statement of learned counsel for OP, he withdraws the present complaint.

 

      In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Both the parties shall remain bound by the statements suffered by their respective counsel. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
