Rahul Sanduja aged about 31 years son of Shri Naveen Kumar, resident of house no.87, Dyal Singh Colony, Karnal. Aadhaar no.360270256016.

  1. Star Health and Allied Insurnace Co. Ltd. # SCF-137, 2nd floor, above ICICI Bank, Sector-13, Urban Estate, Karnal-132001, through its Branch Manager.
  2. Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd. # no.15, shri Balaji Complex, 1st floor, Whits Lane, Roy Apettah,Chennai-600014, thorugh its M.D./CEO/Authorized Signatory.
  3. Amrit Dhara Hospital, Choura Bazar, near Police Station City, Karnal through its Director/Authorized Signatory.

                                                                                       …..Opposite parties.

 

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:     Complainant in person alongwith Shri Atul Malhotra Adv.

                   Shri Mohit Goyal, counsel for OPs no.1 and 2.

                 

                        Case file taken up today on the application moved by complainant.

                   Learned counsel for OPs No.1 and 2 suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the complainant and the OPs no.1 and 2 i.e. Star Health and Allied Insurance Company is ready to make payment of Rs.85,000/-(Rs.eighty five thousand only) to the complainant being full and final payment. He further stated that the said amount shall be paid to the complainant within a month.

                   On the other hand, complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OPs and keeping in view the statement of learned counsel for OPs No.1 and 2, he withdraws the present complaint.

         In view of statement of complainant and learned counsel for OPs no.1 and 2, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
