  2. Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Ltd., 4th floor Balaji complex, No.15, White Lane, whites road, Royapettah, Chennai-600014, through its Authorized Signatory.
  3. Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Ltd., Corporate Office no.1, New Tank Street, Valluvarkottam High road, Nungambakkam, Chennai-600034 through its MD/Authorized Signatory.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Sh. Naresh Kumar, complainant in person alongwith Sh. Pardeep Gill, Advocate.

                   Sh. Sukhbir Singh Saini, counsel for the OPs.

                  

                   File taken up today on the application moved by the both parties for permission to withdraw the present complaint.

                   Learned counsel for the OPs has suffered a separate statement that the matter has been compromised with the complainant. As per compromise OPs shall pay Rs.20,000/- as full and final settlement to the complainant within 20 days from the date of order.

                   On the other hand, complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OPs. Company is ready to pay Rs.20,000/- as full and final settlement, so in view of the statement of the learned counsel for the OPs he withdraws the present complaint.

       In view of the above statements, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both parties will bound their statement. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
