1. Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Limited, having its Branch Office, 2^nd Floor, SCF 137, Sector-13, Urban Estate, Karnal, through its Branch Manager.

 

2. Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd. having its Corporate Office at Sri Balajit Complex, 15, White Road, Chennai through its Managing Director.

                Sh. Sarthak Singal, counsel for OPs

 

             

              File taken up today on an application filed by the OPs on the ground that the matter has been compromised between the parties and OPs are ready to pay the settled amount to the complainant.

              Learned counsel for the OPs suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised between the parties and the OPs are ready to pay a sum of Rs.1,15,000/- in full and final settlement to the complainant within two months from today.

              Complainant has suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised between the parties and he is ready to receive Rs.1,15,000/- as full and final settlement from the OPs, so in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the OPs, he withdraws the present complaint being compromise.

              In view of the above statements, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both parties will bound by their statements. Parties concerned be communicated the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
