2. Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Limited, 1^st floor Himalaya House, 23 Kasturba Gandhi Marg, New Delhi through its Manager.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

                Sh. Rajesh Kumar Singhal, counsel for the OPs.

                       

               

                  Today the case is fixed for compromise. Compromise effected.

                 At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OPs, so he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraws the same being compromised.

                   In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
