Ld. Counsel for the OP is present by filing hazira. None appears for the Complainant. However, a petition under the signature of the complainant has been filed wherein it has been stated that the complainant has settled the dispute with the OP to her complete satisfaction. Therefore, she does not want to further proceed with the instant Consumer Complaint. Therefore, she has prayed for disposal of the Consumer Complaint.

In view of the prayer made by the complainant, the instant Consumer Complaint  should be dismissed as not pressed.
