ORDER:

Complainant has made a statement that he has received a cheque  No. 669101 dated 04.04.2018 and amounting Rs. 1,59,768/- from the OP. So, he does not want to pursue with the complaint and withdraw the same.

In view of statement of complainant the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
