Hindu, aged about 35 years, Business, residing at

D.No.9-13-72/13, Resapuvanipalem, Visakhapatnam-13.

   Rep. by its Branch Manager, office at

   Flat No.401, VRC Complex, Rly. Station Road,

   Dwarakanagar,  Visakhapatnam-16.

2.Star Health and Allied Insurance Co., Ltd.,

   Rep. by its General Manager, 1, New Tank Street,

   Valluvar Kottam High Road, Nungambakkam,

   Chennai-34.

This case coming on 09.12.2014 for Publication of the Complainant before us in the presence of Sri M.V. Ramakrishna Reddy, Advocate for the Complainant and Sri K.A. Prakash, Advocate  for the Opposite Parties and having stood over till this date for consideration, this Forum made the following:

                                                ORDER

      (As per Sri H. Ananda Rao Honourable President on behalf of the Bench)

 

          Complainant present.  Both parties filed compromise memo stating that the Complainant has been agreed to receive a sum of Rs.42,773/- (Rupees Forty two thousand, Seven hundred and seventy three only) towards full and final settlement of the entire claim and it will be paid within a week, failing interest will be calculated thereon.   Compromise memo is recorded.  

          As per the terms of compromise, complaint is closed.   No costs.
