           File taken up today on the application moved by learned counsel of complainant.

            Power of attorney on behalf of OP no.1 filed. Learned counsel of OP no.1 suffered a statement that matter has been compromised between the parties in a sum of Rs.36,000/- as full and final payment.  

        On the other hand, learned counsel of complainant suffered a statement that in view of statement of learned counsel of OP no.1, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same            

                In view of statement of both the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
