  2. Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd. Balaji Complex, No.15, Whites Lane, Whites Road, Royapettah, Chennai 600014 through its M.D/CEO Authorized signatory.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

                Sh. Sarthak Singal, counsel for OPs.

             

              File taken up today on an application filed by the OPs on the ground that the matter has been compromised between the parties and OPs are ready to pay the settled amount to the complainant.

              Learned counsel for the OPs suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised between the parties and the OPs are ready to pay a sum of Rs.1,10,000/- in full and final settlement to the complainant within two months from today.

              Learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised between the parties and the complainant is ready to receive Rs.1,10,000/- as full and final settlement from the OPs No.1 & 2, so in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the OPs No.1 & 2, he withdraws the present complaint being compromise.

              In view of the above statements, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both parties will bound by their statements. Parties concerned be communicated the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
