1. Star Health and Allied Insurance Com. Ltd. # SCF 137, 2^nd Floor, near ICICI, near ICICI Bank, Sector 13, Urban Estate, Karnal-132001 through its Branch Manager.
2. Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd., # No.15, Sri Balaji Complex, Ist Floor, Whites Lane, Royapettah, Chennai-600014 through its M.D./CEO/Authorised signatory.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Complaint presented on 5.4.2023 and fixed for today.

 

                    Today, the learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same on technical ground and sought permission to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law. The time period consumed during the pendency of this complaint before this Commission may also be exempted.                   

                   In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if so desired. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
