  2. Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Limited, Branch Office, 2nd Floor,  SCF 137, Sector-13, Urban Estate, Karnal, 132001, through its Branch Manager.
  3. Babli Devi wife of Shri Vikas, resident of H.No.15, Mangal Colony, Part-I, Shrinath Enclave, Karnal.

Present:  Complainant in person alongwith Shri Nitin Kumar Advocate.

                Sh. Sarthak Singal, counsel for OPs No.1 & 2.

              OP No.3 exparte VOD 13.08.2024

             

              File taken up today on an application filed by the OPs No.1 & 2 on the ground that the matter has been compromised between the parties and OPs No.1 & 2 are ready to pay the settled amount to the complainant.

              Learned counsel for the OPs No.1 & 2 suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised between the parties and the OPs No.1 & 2 are ready to pay a sum of Rs.3,15,000/- in full and final settlement to the complainant within two months from today.

              Complainant alongwith his counsel has suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised between the parties and he is ready to receive Rs.3,15,000/- as full and final settlement from the OPs No.1 & 2, so in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the OPs No.1 & 2, he withdraws the present complaint being compromise.

              In view of the above statements, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both parties will bound by their statements. Parties concerned be communicated the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
