Complaint under Section 12 of Consumer Protection Act

                An application for taken up the case file has been filed on the ground that the matter has been compromised between the parties.

                Heard. Keeping in view of the facts mentioned in the application in the interest of justice, application stands allowed.

                File taken up. 

                Learned counsel for OPs suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the complainant and the OPs (company) is ready to pay ₹28,600/- (Rs.Twenty eight thousands six hundred only) to the complainant within one month.

                On the other hand, learned counsel for complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OPs and the OPs is ready to pay ₹28,600/- (Rs.Twenty eight thousands six hundred only) to the complainant. Hence, in view of the statement, made by learned counsel for OPs, he withdraws the present complaint.  

       In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
