Learned Counsel For The Opposite Party Has Suffered Statement That The Opposite Party Offers A Sum Of Rs.50,00,000/- (Rs. Fifty Lacs Only ) To The Complainant In Full And Final Settlement Of All Claims Put Forth Through This Complaint And The Payment Will Be Made To The Complainant Within 45 Days From Today. Learned Counsel For The Complainant Has Also Suffered Statement That He Has Heard The Above Statement And The Same Is Acceptable To The Complainant And That The Complaint May Be Disposed Of Accordingly And The Payment Be Made By Way Of Account Payee Cheque/RTGS.
