Complainant has made a statement that the matter has been compromised with the opposite parties amicable for Rs. 1,20,000/- ( One Lac twenty thousand ) only. She further stated that her husband had died on 26/11/2014. Hence the claim of the settled amount be given to her name. She he do not want to pursue the complaint further and want to withdraw the same. Keeping in view on the statement of complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn and opposite party is directed to issue the claimed amount in the name of complainant. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
