Today, Statement of Sh.Nitish Arora, Adv. Counsel for the OPs No.1 & 2 recorded that the Company is ready to settle the matter with the complainant against full & final amount of Rs.24,950/- qua the insurance claim in dispute. The Company shall make the said payment within 45 days from today on receiving Pan Card, Passbook and Copy of Adhaar Card of the Complainant.

Furhter, Statement of Sh.Chandandeep Singh, Adv. Counsel for the Complainant recorded that he has heard the statement of Sh.Nitish Arora, Adv. Counsel for the OPs and admit the same to be correct. In case, the Company fails to make the payment of Rs.24,950/- to the complainant within 45 days from today. The complainant shall be liable to receive interest @ 9% per annum from the date of filing complaint till realisation. In view of the undertaking & statement given by Counsel for OPs, he withdraws the present complaint & same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of the statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However the parties shall remain bound by their statements. File be consigned to the record room.
