File put up today i.e. on 1.3.2023, on the application filed by Counsel for Complaiannt for recording the statement of parties for compromise.

Statement of Sh.Arvinder Singh, Complainant in Person along with Counsel Sh.Rahul Sharma, Advocate recorded that he is ready to settle the matter with the OPs against full and final amount of Rs.1,50,000/- in total with the OPs regarding the present dispute qua which the present complaint has been filed.

Further, Statement of Sh.Nitish Arora, Adv. Counsel for OPs No.1 & 2 that he has heard the statement of the Complainant and admit the same to be correct. As per the instructions received from the Company, the Company is ready and willing to make the said payment amounting to Rs.1,50,000/- in full & final settlement of the present disputes. The said payment shall be made within 45 days from today on receiving the copy of PAN Card, Aadhaar Card and Cancelled Cheque of the complainant.

In view of statement suffered by the Complainant alongwith his Counsel as well as Counsel for OPs No.1 & 2, parties have settled the matter amicably. So accordingly, the award is passed with the direction to the OPs No.1 & 2 to pay the aforesaid amount of Rs.1,50,000/- to the complainant within 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order. The Complainant is also directed to provide the copy of PAN Card, Aadhaar Card and Cancelled Cheque of his account to the Insurance Company/OPs. The present complaint is accordingly disposed of. Copy of the award be supplied to the parties, free of costs, as per rules. File be consigned to the record room.
