Kailash Chand Versus Star Health & Allied Ins.

CC No. 43 of 2017.

 

Present: Sh. Virender Singh, Advocate, counsel for complainant.

             

                    Office report perused. Complaint be checked and registered. However, counsel for the complainant made a statement that he wants to withdraw the present complaint due to technical defect with permission to file the same in the appropriate court/Forum and prayed for returning the original documents.

                       In view of the aforesaid statement made by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh in the appropriate court, if so advised. The Assistant is directed to return the original documents, if any, to the complainant after retaining the photo copies of the same on the file. Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
