                        File taken up today on the application moved by the complainant stating that compromise has been effected and he wants to withdraw the present complaint. Sh.R.P.Singh, Adv.counsel for the opposite parties suffered statement that opposite parties are ready to pay Rs.95200/- to the complainant towards full and final settlement of claim of the complainant within one month from the date of receipt of copy of the order. In view of the above statement, Sh.Deepak Sharma , complainant suffered statement that he agreed with the statement of the counsel for the opposite party and withdrew the present complaint. Consequently, in view of the above statement, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. Opposite parties will remain bound by the statement suffered by their counsel. File be consigned to the record room.
