Complainant and opposite parties filed joint statement. Complaint disposed off as per the terms of compromise.  Settlement agreement shall form part of this order.

As per the terms of compromise we direct 1^st and 4^th opposite parties jointly and severally to pay an amount of Rs.21,400/- (Rupees twenty one thousand four hundred only) to the complainant.

Ordered amount shall be paid within one month from the date of receipt of order, failing which in addition to compliance of the above order the complainant is entitled to get 9% interest from the date of order till realization.
