ORDER

     Case taken up today in National Lok Adalat. Counsel for OP No.1 & 2 undertakes that the OP No.1 & 2 are ready to reinstate the policy with all continuity benefits as well as settle the claim within 15 days from today. Counsel for complainant agrees to the same and prays that the complaint may be disposed of in the above terms.

     In view of the above, the present consumer complaint is disposed off. OP No.1 & 2 shall abide by the undertaking made by their counsel. 

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
