                   Sh. Gulshan Chawla, Advocate for the opposite party.

                    File put up before National Lok Adalat. Ld. counsel for the opposite party made a statement that the matter has been settled with complainant for  full and final amount of Rs.32500/-(Rupees thirty two thousand and five hundred only)  and opposite party will make the settled amount  within 60 days from the date of order, failing which opposite party will be liable to make the settled amount alongwith interest @ 9% p.a. from the date of order.

                   Ld. Counsel for the complainant made a statement that he has heard the above statement and now he has no grievances against the respondent. He has no objection to decide the case according to the statement made by ld. counsel for OP.

          In view of the statements made above, opposite party is directed to pay the alleged amount of Rs.32500/-(Rupees thirty two thousand and five hundred only)  to the complainant within 60 days from today, failing which opposite party shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum on the alleged amount from today i.e. 09.05.2024 till its realization to the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Complaint is disposed of accordingly being settled before National Lok Adalat. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

          File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
