                   Sh. Gulshan Chawla, Adv. for the opposite parties no.1 and 2.

                   File put up today on an application moved by learned counsel for the complainant. Learned counsel for the opposite parties no.1 and 2 suffered a statement that the matter has been settled with the complainant for full and final amount of Rs.42,160/- (Rupees forty two thousand one hundred and sixty only) and opposite party will make the settled amount within a period of 60 days from the date of order failing which the opposite party shall be liable to make the settled amount alongwith interest of 9% pa from the date of order.

                   Learned counsel for the complainant made a statement that he has heard the statement made by learned counsel for the opposite party no.1 and 2 and has no grievance against the respondent. He further stated that the matter be decided in the light of statement made by counsel for the opposite party no.1 and 2.

                   In view of the statement made by learned counsels for both the parties, present case is hereby disposed off being settled with directions to opposite party to pay the alleged amount of Rs.42,160/- (Rupees forty two thousand one hundred and sixty only) to the complainant within 60 days failing which the opposite party no.1 and 2 shall be liable to pay the alleged amount of Rs.42,160/- (Rupees forty two thousand one hundred and sixty only) alongwith interest 9% p.a from today i.e. 04.10.2024. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
