Complainant files hazira through his Ld. Advocate and also present in person and to submit a petition praying for withdrawal of the instant Consumer case on the ground that the matter has been amicably settle out of Commission with the O.Ps.

Ld. Lawyer for the complainant and complainant himself submitted before this Commission that the claim amount has already been received by the complainant by virtue of amicably settlement for which the complainant is not willing to proceed this case. Ld. Lawyer has indentified the complainant in Commission.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the prayer of the complainant is allowed as the complainant himself is not willing to proceed the case due to settlement between the parties amicably.

Hence, It is;

            that the instant consumer case be and the same is disposed of by way of settlement  as prayed  by the complainant after full satisfaction. No costs
