Both parties present. Talk held at the settlement. Matter settled for Rs.3,75,000/- as full and final settlement. The opposite parties’ Advocate agreed to pay the settled amount within one month allowed. If not paid the complainant is at liberty to realize the amount with interest @ 9 % per annum from today onwards for the opposite parties 1 & 2 jointly and severally and from their assets. Complaint stands allowed in the above terms.
