ORDER

                   Ms. Priya Singhi, counsel for the OP has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “On instructions of my client, the OP offer to pay sum of Rs.12500/- to the complainant within 30 days in full & final settlement of the dispute towards this complaint”.

                   Sh. N.S. Jagdeva, counsel for the complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “I accept the offer of OP. I withdraw this complaint”.

                   In view of the above, it is ordered that the OP shall pay a sum of Rs.12500/-to the complainant within 30 days from today i.e.30.08.2016, failing which the OP shall pay the same amount alongwith interest @18% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made. ­Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
