                   File put up today on an application moved by learned counsel for the complainant. Learned counsel for the opposite party no.1 suffered a statement that the matter has been settled with complainant for full and final amount of Rs.14,188/- (Rupees Fourteen thousand one hundred eighty eight only) and Opposite party will make the payment of settled amount within a period of 45 days from the date of order failing which the opposite party no.1 will be liable to make the payment of settled amount alongwith interest @ 9% PA from the date of order.

                   Learned counsel for the complainant suffered a statement that he has heard the statement, made by counsel for OP no.1 and he has no grievances against respondent. He further stated that the matter be decided in the light of statement made by counsel for Op no.1.

                   In view of the statement made by the learned counsels for both the parties, present complaint is hereby disposed off being settled in “Grahak Madhyasthata Samadhan” with direction to opposite party no.1 to make the payment of alleged amount of Rs.14,188/- (Rupees Fourteen thousand one hundred eighty eight only) to the complainant within 45 days failing which the opposite party no.1 shall be liable to make the payment of above settled amount alongwith interest @ 9% PA from today i.e. 21.11.2024 till its realization to the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
