                       Memo of appearance has been filed on behalf of OP. Advocate Welfare Ticket not affixed. Let it be affixed before the registry. The parties have amicably settled the matter. As per settlement the OP is ready to pay Rs.20,000/- as settlement amount to the complainant within 15 days and the complainant shall handover the concerned original documents to the OP.  The offer of the OP is acceptable to the counsel for the complainant and he wants to withdraw the complaint.  Both the counsel for the parties have appended their respective notes on the complaint itself regarding the compromise.

                        In view of the above, it is ordered that the OP shall pay a sum of 20,000/- to the complainant within 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order , failing which the OP shall pay the same amount alongwith interest @18% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made. Hence,  the complaint stands dispose off.

                        The complainant shall submit the concerned original documents with the OP office.

                        Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.

                        Dasti of this order be also given to the parties.
