Present:       Complainant in person.

                   Sh. Gulshan Chawla, Adv. for the opposite parties.

                   File put up today on an application moved by complainant. Learned counsel for the opposite parties suffered a statement that the matter has been settled with the complainant for full and final amount of Rs.69,000/- (Rupees Sixty nine thousand only) and opposite parties will make the settled amount within a period of 60 days from the date of order failing which the opposite party shall be liable to make the settled amount alongwith interest of @ 9% pa from the date of order.

                   Complainant made a statement that he has heard the statement made by learned counsel for the opposite parties and has no grievance against the respondent. He further stated that the matter be decided in the light of statement made by counsel for the opposite parties.

                   In view of the statement made by the both the parties, present case is hereby disposed off being settled with directions to opposite party to pay the alleged amount of Rs.69,000/- (Rupees Sixty nine thousand only) to the complainant within 60 days failing which the opposite parties shall be liable to pay the settled amount alongwith interest @ 9% p.a from today i.e. 07.10.2024. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
