Heard. The matter has been settled between the parties. Statement of Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Counsel for OPs and that of Sh.Mulakh Raj, Complainant in person alongwith his counsel Sh.Sunit K.Chauhan, Advocate, have been recorded separately, in view of which the present consumer complaint is disposed off being settled. Statement of the parties recorded today shall form a part of this order and shall be binding on both the parties.         Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.

Statement of Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Counsel for Opposite Parties(OPs).

 

 

The matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement, the OPs have agreed to restore the policy bearing No.P/700002/01/2017/032369 from 26.08.2016 to 25.08.2017 and renew the same with continuity benefits, subject to the complainant refunding premium for this policy and paying further three premiums for renewal of the policy from August 2017 to August 2018, August 2018 to August 2019 and August 2019 to August 2020. On making payment, the said policy shall be issued within three weeks.

I have read and heard the statement of Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Counsel for OPs above said. The said settlement is acceptable to the complainant. This complaint may be disposed off in the aforesaid terms & conditions agreed upon.
