       Ld. Advocate for the applicant is present. Affidavit of service of notice served upon the OP no. 7 is filed showing due service of notice upon Smt. Namita Dev. Vakalatnama on behalf of OP no. 6, Shri Lakhai Das  is filed. Heard all the parties at length. Perused the order no. 22 dated 31-05-2017 passed by Ld. DCDRF, Kolkata, Unit-I (North) in CC/114/15 where Ld. Forum concerned expressed its inability to hear out the complaint case and suggested for transfer of the same [CC/114/2015 of DCDRF, Kolkata, Unit-I (North)]. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, as revealed from the order of the Forum concerned noted above as well as on hearing Ld. Counsel for the parties we in exercise of the power vested on the State Commission u/s 17A of the Consumer Protection Act to transfer the said complaint case from DCDRF, Kolkata, Unit-I (North) to DCDRF, Kolkata, Unit-II (North) for disposal according to law. The TA/7/17 is thus disposed of. Parties to appear before Ld. Transferee Forum, [DCDRF, Kolkata, Unit-II (North)] on 05-01-2018. A copy of the order may be sent to the DCDRF, Kolkata, Unit-I (North) for sending the case record from his office to the office of the DCDRF, Kolkata, Unit-II (North).
